Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, submit false survey responses in bulk, or use automated tools to scrape personal information.

Information on the site

The site provides public education, opinion research and information about data centers and related infrastructure. Third-party research is attributed to its publisher and summarized in our own words; it is not endorsed by APV and may contain errors. Where a fact is not publicly available, we say so rather than estimate it. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or engineering advice.

Survey submissions

By submitting a survey response you grant APV a non-exclusive right to use it in aggregate analysis and, after anonymization and review, to quote written responses. You confirm the response is your own.

Intellectual property

Site text, design and original analysis are owned by American Public Voice PAC unless otherwise noted. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
